Tangerine with Rum & Honey

It is a sophisticated marmalade. On the nose, the tangerine from Vatovavy-Fitovinany blooms first, followed by the delicate organic honey that coats everything with a discreet sweetness and then a hint of Rum.
In the mouth, the gelatinous texture and the hand-cut zests frame the character of the citrus fruit. The honey then kicks in to tame the tardiness, and rum magnifies the aroma of the tangerine and makes this marmalade irresistible!
