HOW TO USE
For Aromatherapy
- Iryasa essential oils are perfect for all aromatherapy diffusers, including waterless, nebulising diffuser
- For water-based diffusers, you may add 3 to 5 drops of essential oils for every 100 mL of water
For Topical Use
- Always dilute pure essential oil(s) with a suitable carrier oil before applying on your skin; some popular carrier oils are Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond and Tamanu
- For 6 to 15 years of age, you may mix a maximum of 8 drops of same/different essential oils in 15 mL of carrier oil (to make ~2% dilution)
- For 15+ years of age, you may mix a maximum of 8 - 16 drops of same/different essential oils in 15 mL of carrier oil (to make ~2-4% dilution)
- Always start with lower dilution levels and gradually work your way up as required but do not exceed to suggested dilution rates; for sensitive skin, start with 1% dilution

- Perform a patch test to ensure no skin sensitivities
- Not for internal use, except if directed by an expert or a qualified practitioner
- If pregnant, lactating or under any medication, consult your physician before use
