Multi-purpose, perfume-free, allergen-free pH-balanced formula for cleaning menstrual cups before insertion/after removal and as a pH-balanced intimate wash for your face / body. Contains 75ml. Registered with The Vegan Society.
Made in Finland.
For the menstrual cup
Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal.
Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you always use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap, seeing as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and infections.
For your body
Pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, use on your vulva and rinse. Can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash. Perfect for sensitive skin.
Why use pH-balanced wash?
Cleansing a menstrual cup with regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and even infections for some women. Therefore, we recommend cleansing your cup either by boiling to sterilise it or using a mild, pH-balanced, perfume-free soap such as OrganiWash. This should be done before and after using the cup for the period (not necessary for every re-insertion). On occasions without access to water, we recommend a rinse with water or OrganiWipes. Cleaning the cup regularly can help to prevent staining.
The OrganiWash is made from 40% organic and 98% natural ingredients:
Aqua (Solvent), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Coco Sulfate (Detergent), Cocami-dopropyl Betaine (Detergent), Propa-nediol (Detergent), Decyl Glucoside (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Chloride (Viscosity stabiliser), Glycerin (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Levulinate (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Anisate (Skin moisturiser), Citric Acid (pH stabiliser), Lactic Acid (pH stabiliser).
