Founded by Susan Calderon Urbina, a Peruvian-born academic who double-hats as an Assistant Professor in Singapore; the brand name “Sacha” comes from the Quechua word for “forest,” reflecting ancestral plant-rooted traditions. Created during the pandemic to provide handmade, plant-powered, biodegradable personal care products, inspired by her heritage and personal health journey.
