The AllMatters period underwear is your reusable, comfortable, and leak-free period solution. It feels like regular underwear but has built-in layers that serve different purposes – absorbing your menstrual flow, ensuring dryness, neutralizing odors, and preventing stains on your clothing.

Period underwear varies by brand. Modibodi uses Bamboo and Spandex outer with a Merino Wool gusset. Love Luna uses Cotton/Elastane lining with Polyester/Viscose/Elastane padding. Each product page lists the full material breakdown.

How do I care for period underwear?

Wash before first use. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or tumble dry. Line dry only. Do not iron or dry clean. Following these care instructions will extend the life of your period underwear.

What is the absorbency capacity of period underwear?
