This chocolate bar is made with specialty coffee beans that score 85 points or more in a tasting session. Caturra and bourbon are the 2 coffee varieties we use the most to pair with the delicate notes of our fully traced cacao beans. Cocoa butter is used in this chocolate bar to replace the absence of butter in the coffee beans and allow the blend to mold into a chocolate bar. Tasting notes usually experienced in this bar along cocoa and coffee are red apple, raspberries, vanilla, caramel and peach.
