The creme de la creme of roses, Bulgarian Rose has a rich, heady fragrance, magnificent to the senses. Cultivated from the Rosa Damascena blossoms, it has incredible anti-inflammatory properties. Include it into your skincare routine to help reduce rosacea and soothe irritation. It is naturally antibacterial and astringent, making it an excellent choice if you're looking to clear pores, decrease breakouts and make your skin glow! It helps relieve anxiety and stress too.

How to use
Maybe you want to add a drop to your face cream for that glow, or you just want to diffuse it as you start your day. Relax your body and mind with this DIY recipe. 4 drops of sweet orange oil 3 drops of Himalayan lavender oil 1 drop Bulgarian rose oil Pop into your diffuser and take a deep breath!

Where is it sourced?
Our Bulgarian Rose Essential Oil Steam is created by steam distillation of the bright pink petals straight from the Rose Valley of Kazanlak, also known as the "Bulgarian Rose Valley".

Caution
While Bulgarian Rose oil can be applied to the skin directly in very small quantities, we always recommend you dilute essential oils before doing so. Dilution ratio: 1 drop of Bulgarian Rose oil in a 10ml bottle, 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle of carrier oil. If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of rose oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew. Best carrier oil pairing: Bulgarian Rose oil blends well with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil. It also goes well with other carrier oils such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil.
