Orange oil, like most citrus oils, is rich in Vitamin C and is used in various topical applications, for internal consumption and for its cleaning properties.

Where is it sourced?
Ollie's sweet orange oil is made by cold-pressing orange peels. All the orange peels used in our oils come from Spanish oranges. The best part about our sweet orange oil? It is extracted using entirely environment-friendly processes. You know why? The orange peels come from leftover peels from Marmalade factories! Yep, that's right! This is a brilliant way to use up orange peels that would otherwise have gone to the landfill, where they would just decompose and release toxic methane gas. Did you know? It takes at least 800 oranges to produce just one kilo of oil? Just imagine how much goodness goes into a single drop!

Caution
If you are using sweet orange oil on your skin, please make sure to dilute it well with a carrier oil. Orange oil complements organic almond, olive, coconut, and jojoba oil. Although Ollie's sweet orange oil is edible, I urge you to consume it sparingly! Remember, it takes many, many oranges to make a bottle of sweet orange oil, so each drop is highly concentrated.
