Caution
Never use any essential oil directly on your skin. Always dilute. Dilution ratio: 1 drop of rosemary oil in a 10ml bottle, 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle of carrier oil. If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of rosemary oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew.
