Stem can be trimmed only to just at the 3rd ring – maximum. Remove any more and you risk puncturing the cup and making it unusable. 

How to clean the product after and between uses?
Empty the cup and wash it with menstrual care wash, pat dry and reinsert. Between cycles, another method to clean the cup is by boiling it in water for around 3 minutes.

How long can one product last? When should I swap it for a new one?
Upto 12 hours coverage. It lasts several years, if proper care is taken. If you notice any tear, bad odor, staining, sudden leakage, or griany texture, you can swap out your cup for a new one.
