Lily Cup Compact Size A Menstrual Cup

The Lily Cup Compact is the world's first collapsible menstrual cup with a compact, go-anywhere design that allows it to fit neatly into its protective case. Made of the smoothest medical-grade silicone, the Lily Cup Compact is ultra-soft to the touch. It is hypoallergenic, phthalate- and BPA-free.

Light to moderate flow
Have not given birth vaginally
Low or high cervix
Weaker pelvic floor muscles
Experienced cup users

If you haven’t given birth or you gave birth by cesarean or you have a light flow, this is a perfect size for you.

Cup body and stem*: 58mm
Volume: 18ml

Stem can be trimmed only to just at the 3rd ring – maximum. Remove any more and you risk puncturing the cup and making it unusable.

How to clean the product after and between uses?
Empty the cup and wash it with menstrual care wash, pat dry and reinsert. Between cycles, another method to clean the cup is by boiling it in water for around 3 minutes.

How long can one product last? When should I swap it for a new one?
Upto 12 hours coverage. It lasts several years, if proper care is taken. If you notice any tear, bad odor, staining, sudden leakage, or griany texture, you can swap out your cup for a new one.

Wet the cup before use, Get the right angle, Wait for the pop, Trim the stem if needed.
