1. Wet skin thoroughly with warm water.
2. Scoop a generous amount using clean, dry hands or a spoon.
3. Massage onto damp skin using gentle circular motions, focusing on rough areas such as elbows, knees, heels, and feet.
4. Allow the nourishing oils to absorb for 1–2 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat skin dry.
6. Follow with a body lotion or body oil if additional hydration is desired.

Recommended Use: 2–3 times per week.

Suitable for all skin types, including normal, dry, combination, and oily skin.

Note: If skin is very sensitive or has active cuts, irritation, eczema, or sunburn, avoid exfoliating affected areas until fully healed.
