How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above a minimum spend threshold. Please check our Shipping page or the checkout for the current free shipping threshold. Promotional free shipping offers may also be available from time to time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thegreencollective.sg with your order number and reason for return. Please note that certain product categories such as personal care items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for selected orders. You can request gift wrapping at checkout and include a personalised message for the recipient. Gift wrapping is available for most products in our range.

Can I send my order directly to the gift recipient?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We recommend adding a gift message at checkout so the recipient knows who the gift is from. Please note that order confirmation emails will be sent to your email address, not the recipient's.
