How to use

Step 1
Fold and insert. Fold the soft AllMatters disc, insert it, and let it unfold securely behind your pubic bone. 

Step 2
Wear for up to 12 hours. Once in place, enjoy all-day comfort. Swim, exercise, and just forget you’re on your period.

Step 3
Empty, rinse, reuse. In public restrooms, simply wipe clean and rinse at home or use sanitising wipes.

Packaging
The menstrual disc packaging is made from recyclable carton and instructions are printed directly onto the packaging to minimise waste. 

How to remove
Reach your fingers in and find the base of the cup. Press down on the base of the cup to break the "seal" and pull the cup out. Maintain a firm grip of the cup. Do not pull hard on the stem to remove the cup as you will feel resistance. Use the stem as a guide to find the base of the cup.

Sterilising
Sterilise the cup before and after your period. Simply get a small bowl, place your cup inside, and pour hot water over to soak for 5 minutes.
