How to clean the product after and between uses?

Period underwear can be hand washed or machine washed. Rinsing soiled undies in cold water before hand/machine washing helps to remove as much blood as possible and prevent stains. (Most manufacturers do not recommend soaking them though.) You can then toss them into the washing machine, run a gentle cycle with cold water, and hang to dry.

How long can one product last? When should I swap it for a new one?
Depends on your flow. On lighter days you might be able to wear them for 12 hours, however, on heavy flow days you might be able to swap them every 4-6 hours. It is advisable to have around 7-10 period panties if you are planning to rely on only those, so that you have one fresh one for every day and some for extra.

How long can I use it for in a day?
Depending on your flow. Lighter days you can change every 12 hours. On heavier days, 4-6 hours.

How sustainable is this from my regular product?
