How to clean the product after and between uses?
Rinse your briefs with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear.  Pop them in a  Washbag, this will help them last longer, with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
Then rely on Muma Earth to line dry them.  Did you know sunlight has natural anti-microbial properties that are good for your undies?

How long can one product last? When should I swap it for a new one?
Depends on your flow. On lighter days you might be able to wear them for 12 hours, however, on heavy flow days you might be able to swap them every 4-6 hours. It is advisable to have around 7-10 period panties if you are planning to rely on only those, so that you have one fresh one for every day and some for extra.

How long can I use it for in a day?
Depending on your flow. Lighter days you can change every 12 hours. On heavier days, 4-6 hours.
