Soak the underwear in cold water and mild detergent mix for 30 min. Scrub gently and place it in the washer and wash it under the delicate setting in cold water. Hang it to air dry. Avoid using the dryer

Depends on your flow. On lighter days you might be able to wear them for 12 hours, however, on heavy flow days you might be able to swap them every 4-6 hours. It is advisable to have around 7-10 period panties if you are planning to rely on only those, so that you have one fresh one for every day and some for extra.
