What is included when you order?

Each order will come in a plain drawstring pouch, hand-sewn by TAPAi. TAPAi is a part of the Community Rehabilitation Program for differently-abled people where prevention, rehabilitation, and development initiatives are implemented. It relies on the active involvement of families and communities in order to ensure equal opportunity and promote the integration of disabled people into society. A short story of the maker is included in the pouch. 

How to clean the product after and between uses?
Empty the cup and wash it with menstrual care wash, pat dry and reinsert. Between cycles, another method to clean the cup is by boiling it in water for around 3 minutes.

How long can one product last? When should I swap it for a new one?
Upto 12 hours coverage. It lasts several years, if proper care is taken. If you notice any tear, bad odor, staining, sudden leakage, or griany texture, you can swap out your cup for a new one.

Wet the cup before use, Get the right angle, Wait for the pop, Trim the stem if needed.
