HOW TO USE

For Aromatherapy

• Iryasa essential oils are perfect for all aromatherapy diffusers, including waterless, nebulising diffuser
• For water-based diffusers, you may add 3 to 5 drops of essential oils for every 100 mL of water

For Topical Use

• Always dilute pure essential oil(s) with a suitable carrier oil before applying on your skin; some popular carrier oils are Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond and Tamanu
• For 6 to 15 years of age, you may mix a maximum of 8 drops of same/different essential oils in 15 mL of carrier oil (to make ~2% dilution)
• For 15+ years of age, you may mix a maximum of 8 - 16 drops of same/different essential oils in 15 mL of carrier oil (to make ~2-4% dilution)
• Always start with lower dilution levels and gradually work your way up as required but do not exceed to suggested dilution rates; for sensitive skin, start with 1% dilution
