Sachi is the world's first soy alcoholic beverage, brewed sustainably from soy whey which is derived from tofu. Made from non-GMO soybeans, Sachi is low in calories, containing only 70 calories per glass, and is rich in soy antioxidants.

This gluten-free and vegan-friendly beverage is light on the palate, with honey notes on the nose and a smooth umeshu-like finish. These flavour notes are achieved naturally without the use of additives or preservatives.
