This realisation sparked a change and pushed me to seek environmentally friendly, reusable alternatives that were safe, pocket-friendly, hassle-free and versatile to simplify our busy lives and promote a greener planet. Traditional glass and steel were too bulky, inconvenient and injury prone; so when I discovered food-grade platinum silicone (derived from natural substance silica found in sand and rocks) I knew it was the solution as a safer and viable sustainable alternative. By late 2021 I launched UNPLASTIK to provide practical and sustainable options.
