- Using instruction
After folding the disc, insert it lengthwise, pushing the disc through the vaginal opening and vaginal canal, and positioning it in the vaginal fornix. Insert with the front edge of your disc with the anti-slip pull-tab pointing away from your body, so that it's easy to reach during removal. Wash your hands before and after.

- Ziggy Cup™ 2 comes with a ribbed tab to help you with:
1. Slip-free removal - hook the tip of your finger and gently pull the cup out.
2. Orientation of the cup - this tab is located in the front of your cup - which means it needs to be away from your cervix and pelvic bone.
